As we&#8217;d mentioned before some weekends look a little bare for racing updates either because we haven&#8217;t got a race within our calendar or established a link with the race provider to get updates of how the event went and results quickly so this week looks a little bear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Saturday 21st October<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Thames Trot Ultra<\/strong> had a healthy turn out with 85 finishers.  Alasdair Leslie came 1st overall and 1st male with a time of 6 hours 19 mins with Ruth Dos Remedios claiming 1st female with a time of 7 hours 58 mins.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Some serious downpours over areas of the UK this week, hopefully no boats were required to complete any of the races in the North of England\/Scotland.
