Avenham Amble

Come and join us for a day of running around the stunning parklands of central Preston. Starting in Avenham park, by the side of the River Ribble, the course will pass through Miller park before heading over the river into Upper farm nature reserve & leisure park. Runners will then head back over the river and finish back in Avenham Park.

The ultra will be as many laps as you wish within the 6 hour time limit (NB: last lap must start within 5H 30min).
