Starting to truly feel like Autumn now as temperatures start to drop across the UK and what better way to stat this article with a race with Autumn in it’s name!
Saturday 14th October
The Autumn 100 from Centurion Running started in fair conditions with Geoffrey Cheshire taking 1st overall and 1st male with a new record by some 34 seconds (time 13hrs 58mins 47seconds). Ruth Hawkins claimed 1st female in 19hrs 16 mins. Full list of results can be found on the Open Tracking App, we will link the full results once posted on Centurion running’s website.
Special mention here for Kenneth Fancett for completing his 100th 100 mile race, Wowzers!
The Maverick Jurassic Coast Ultra 56k had a great turn out with 243 runners completing the tough course, with David Hill claiming 1st overall and 1st male in a time of 4:48:07 and Jen Clark 1st female in a time of 5:10:16. See full results here.
