5 races covered this weekend, some of which we await the results being made available. We didn’t get chance to take a snap shot of the weather this weekend, but some of the team ventured out in the North East of England to Crystal clear starlit skies on Saturday and with some great shots from Sunday night on social media of the aurora borealis (norther lights).
Saturday 4th November
East Devon 8 Trigs Race
A total of 21 finished the race on Saturday some Solo’s and some Teamed up. In the Solo category Samuel Kelly took 1st overall and 1st Male with a time of 4 hours and 21 minutes and with no female solo finishers this year (missed opportunity there). Onto the Team results and “SOH-CAH-TOA” took first place with Alistair McKnight and Dave Burchill coming in at 6 hours and 9 minutes (wonder if they had that in the equation?). Glen Ogle Race
277 finishers out of the 288 hardy souls who started the Glen Ogle 33 ultra this Saturday. Kyle Wilson took 1st overall and 1st male in a time of 3 hours and 33 minutes, with Anwen Darlington taking 1st female in a time of 4 hours 19 minutes. please see unscrutinised results here.
Chalkland Way Ultra
114 of the 122 starters finishing this years Chalkland Way Ultra. Stephen Kirk came 1st overall and 1st Male in a time of 5 hours and 53 minutes with Chrissie Dover taking 1st Female in a time of 6 hours 54 minutes. See full race results here.

Tiaras & Tutus Two Run
The 6 hr timed event from Phoenix Running had 15 hardy souls racking up a cumulative of 147 miles. Andy Ward managed to churn out 32.8 miles in 6 hours 11 minutes with Gavin Meakings close behind with 29.5 miles. See full results here.
