Coast 2 Coast (C2C) Ultra 140 mile

Coast to Coast (C2C) is the first non-stop foot race across the UK from coast to coast. This 140 mile ultramarathon route starts in the North West and follows the beautiful C2C cycle route. This is an extremely difficult challenge with some heavy off road sections.

Runners have just 38 hours to complete the route, traversing the hills of the Lake District and the Pennines to finally meet the North Sea at Tynemouth Castle. The route is a combination of country lanes, steep off road hills and cycle track.
